I support the Transcultural Nursing Fund of Mennonite College of Nursing at ISU because I believe strongly in the importance of offering our students an opportunity to learn about other cultures through immersion in those cultures, even if only a short time. MCN has a strong commitment in its mission to serving the vulnerable and underserved. In the Transcultural nursing trips in which our students participate, there is opportunity for them to learn about the lifeways and healthcare practices of vulnerable populations. Supporting this fund helps to ensure that students will continue to have these incredible experiences during their education at Mennonite College of Nursing at ISU.
